1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to purchase from us.
All purchases are subject to Indian laws and regulations.
For purchases above INR 2,00,000, customers must provide a Permanent Account Number (PAN) as per Government of India guidelines.

2. Product Information & Pricing
All product details (weight, purity, design, images) are provided with utmost accuracy; however, minor variations may occur due to screen display or manual measurement.
Prices are calculated based on current market rates of precious metals and gemstones and may change without prior notice.
For online orders, the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
Making charges, GST, hallmarking, and certification charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the invoice.

3. Orders & Payments
In-Store Purchases:

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a specific advance payment plan is agreed upon.

• Advance booking for gold or silver articles is subject to our booking policy.

Online Purchases:

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment through authorised payment gateways.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• For customised or personalised jewellery, full advance payment is required.

4. Delivery & Pickup
In-Store Purchases:

• Products can be collected immediately unless resizing or special requests are required.

Online Purchases:

• We deliver across India via reputed courier partners.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under our Return & Exchange Policy, available in-store and online.
Customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery is non-returnable unless defective.
Cancellation for online orders is allowed only before dispatch.

6. Warranty & Repairs
All our jewellery comes with a purity guarantee and applicable hallmark/certification.
We offer repair and polishing services; charges may apply depending on the type of work.

7. Security & Privacy
All online transactions are encrypted and processed via secure payment gateways.
We do not store your card or banking details.
Personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, and content on our website and promotional materials are the property of Shree Vahanvati Jewellers.
No part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses due to delays, product unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes will be governed by the laws of India.
The courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
